Concert Venues

Concert venues are frequented by those people wishing to attend an event, show or screening as an enjoyable and relaxing experience. They may be a regular attendee, or as part of a specific infrequent celebration (such as a birthday or anniversary), either way people will be in a relaxed state of mind. When this occurs, people will idly and randomly look around whilst engaging in communications with others they are with. In this state they are more likely to “see” any minor discretion (such as cobweb, marks, litter) than when in a focused busy state. BlueFrog understands this situation and provides a method for cleaning which reduces the potential for spotting something untoward, like cobwebs.

Cinemas

During the screening, the cinema is dark and individual focus is on the screen. Those people who like to munch and drink through a film may unintentionally drop items which cannot be seen in the darkness, fortunately the Bluefrog training provides the clean-up technique so our team can find these.

Theatres

Provide shows for a very wide range of audience types from theatrical plays, classical and operatic recitals, popular comedians through rock concerts to pantomimes (Oh no it isn’t, oh yes it is!). BlueFrog plans for each type of performance to ensure the whole venue is ready for the next day. This can include working through the night should seating and carpets need to be moved, close liaison with the theatre teams ensures this work is programmed and completed to schedule. We also recognise the strain it can be for touring artists to change their venue every night, so we also focus closely on making their backstage area as welcoming as possible. Helping them to feel comfortable which could encourage a repeat visit!

Assembly Halls

Can have a wide variety of activities beyond those of touring artists. We will work with the proprietors to deliver a cleaning service to match the expected use of the Hall. This could be for a business event, a social awards dinner, school/college examination settings, election polling and counting, filming or live TV shows, performance rehearsals, NHS related activities, corporate training sessions and galas. Whatever the nature of the event, and its attendees, BlueFrog will ensure the location is ready for use, supported through the activity with janitorial services, working within timescales for setting up and closing down.

Museums

Provide a range of high quality, stimulating experiences for visitors which enable access to collections and provide opportunities for enjoyment and learning, especially when hosting large groups of school children or college students. They use a range of materials and techniques to tell stories and engage visitors and audiences such as - Interpretative information panels, Hands–on interactives, Film and audio, Oral histories and Trails around the museum. Each visitor engagement approach can have a unique cleaning requirement, so by staying closely in contact with the curator we collaboratively ensure the final exhibition is the best it can be for learning and reflection.
