Sheltered Schemes

Our teams recognise the importance of making these locations as pleasant as possible for the elderly folk who live here. The importance of clean kitchens where communal food can be served in the lounge for the benefit of residents and their guests (who perhaps are staying in the guest room using the washrooms and laundry facilities). We extend our “service” beyond merely cleaning into being a friendly face, helping with minor chores to being the eyes and ears of the local council in case of health or building concerns.

Temporary Accommodations

These locations need to be ready for occupation should someone require somewhere to stay at short notice. We understand individuals, and families, can occasionally have an urgent accommodation issue, often through no fault of their own making, so finding themselves in this situation will always be stressful. We strive to maintain the cleanliness of the common areas, especially the washroom facilities and shared kitchens, especially so when these have been misused! Our teams are ready and prepared to perform room cleans, including needle sweeps, following the departure of the temporary occupants.

Retirement Accommodation

These locations are very similar to Sheltered Schemes in their basic cleaning requirements; however, they are usually owners or leaseholders with higher demands for their location. Our people understand the need to maintain these well-furnished locations to the highest possible standards.

Care Homes

In addition to our approach for Sheltered Schemes, Care Homes can operate 24 hours/day with various care workers in attendance looking after the elderly and infirm residents. They also have on site operational kitchens providing hot meals for the residents. This additional responsibility means our teams need to operate with additional care and attention so as to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility.

Hotels

Require a high standard of service to ensure the arrival, stay and departure of all guests is smooth and enjoyable. We understand the importance of that “first look and feel” on entering a guest room, and all the little things which make for an enjoyable stay. Ensuring rooms are cleaned during the departure-arrival window requires high levels of organisation, efficiency and flexibility in performing all the other cleaning duties (restaurant, bar, washrooms, reception etc) around the activities of guests.

Hostels

This accommodation facility is similar in importance to hotels but with a high emphasis on the self service aspect for those staying there. Being able to clean kitchens and welfare areas dealing with anything is crucial to ensure the location is always welcoming.

Drop in Centres

Our people understand the importance and significance of these locations for those people attending them as well as the staff who work there. Visitors need to feel safe and comfortable in these surroundings so they can try better their lives or receive the attention they are seeking.
