It is vital these waste products are efficiently and effectively disposed of in the correct timescale. We offer 4-weekly service as the basic however we recognise some locations and their users may require shorter collection and disposal timings, sometimes for specific short periods – no problem when the service is with BlueFrog. Our service is designed to be swift and discreet as we change the sanitary bin liner rather than the complete bin, with the replacement liner having granules which eliminates odours and keeps it fresher for longer. Our service operatives sanitise the bins with an alcohol based spray designed to kill 99.99% of bacteria. We ensure the waste is disposed of through official disposal sites. All our hygiene service contracts are completely trackable via a service app so you will receive ongoing service delivery reports. We don’t tie our clients into long contract periods, instead we offer contract-free collections and prefer to wow our clients with a highly professional, reliable servicing at competitive rates.

BlueFrog will perform a due diligence site visit prior to starting work to determine the optimum cleaning chemical supplies appropriate for your location. We understand that different sites will require different cleaning options depending on;

• Surface types – whether it’s flooring, worktop surfaces, walls, ceilings or glass panels, BlueFrog has the right answer.
• Storage space considerations – we can supply concentrates and sachet based solutions to minimise storage space.
• Dilution rates – it is important to use the right amount of chemical/solution to water to ensure optimum cleaning without leaving a sticky surface. BlueFrog use different methods depending on the container type to provide the correct dilution levels.
• Environmental policy – as part of our ISO 14001 accreditation, we have evaluated several different cleaning options (Probiotic/Enzyme based, Surface lacquers, Water based) and understand which ecological solutions provide the best cleaning leaving zero climate impact.
• Transportation – BlueFrog operates a red-amber-green ( RAG) approach to stores ordering and aims to minimise deliveries for best environmental impact.

All BlueFrog supplied cleaning solutions will have full COSHH information which conforms to our Health & Safety external auditing. Our regular client site audits will track any changes and ensure our cleaning policies and practices are operating effectively.

The volume of these single use disposable items (e.g. toilet rolls, hand towels, blue roll, bin liners, etc) is dependent upon the number of people using the different facilities at each location, be that client staff and visitors or groups or even members of the public. BlueFrog has a wealth of information to predict the likely consumption and have restock plans in place to ensure a seamless supply. However, alternatives do exist and we engage with our clients on which is the most appropriate for their location (e.g. recycled materials, packaging, avoiding waste, minimising landfill, and avoiding use completely).
